• Your detailsWe send them on WhatsApp after you order — an activation code, or a server address with a username and password. Which one depends on your device.
• Your connection15 Mbps is enough for HD, 25 for 4K. A cable beats Wi-Fi, and 5 GHz Wi-Fi beats 2.4 GHz.
• Your devicePick it from the list. Every guide is four steps or fewer.

1. Open Samsung Apps or the LG Content Store.
2. Install IBO Player. Smart IPTV, Set IPTV and IPTV Smarters work too.
3. The app shows a device key. Email it to us.
4. We link it in a minute. Close the app, open it again.

One-off fee: TV apps charge a few euros to activate, paid to the app maker, once per TV. Not part of your subscription.

1. Install Downloader from the Fire TV home screen.
2. In Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options, let Downloader install apps.
3. Open Downloader, enter the address we send you, install the player.
4. Open it and enter your details.

Which player? TiviMate has the better programme guide, IPTV Smarters is simpler. Tell us which and we send the right address.

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro.
3. Choose to add a new playlist or user.
4. Enter your details and wait for the channel list.

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Install IPTV Smarters Pro.
3. Open it and accept the terms.
4. Enter your details. Channels, films and series appear.

1. Open the App Store.
2. Install IPTV Smarters Player Lite.
3. Open it and accept the terms.
4. Enter your details and start watching.

Cannot find it? Apple renames these players now and then. Ask us and we will tell you which one is in the store today.

1. Open the App Store. Needs Apple TV 4 or newer.
2. Install IPTV Smarters Player Lite.
3. Enter your details — use your iPhone keyboard when it offers.

1. Install VLC from videolan.org, or IPTV Smarters for PC.
2. VLC: Media → Open Network Stream. Smarters: add a new user.
3. Paste the link we sent, or enter the server, username and password.

Note: VLC plays the channels but has no programme guide and no catch-up. Use IPTV Smarters for both.

• The picture keeps stoppingAlmost always the connection. Try a cable, or move closer to the router. If it is one channel only, send us its name.
• It says the login is wrongCopy and paste from our WhatsApp message instead of typing. A stray space is usually the culprit.
• A channel is missingLine-ups change. Send us the name and we will tell you where it is.
• Nothing loads at allRestart the router and try again. Still dead? Message us with your device and what is on screen.
